About Dr. Todd
Dr. Todd has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nutrition Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from Northwestern Health Sciences University, and a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD, abd) from Argosy University. During his academic career, he was awarded the President’s Leadership and Service Award three times, was the founder of the Minnesota Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Delta honor society, and conducted a multi-center trial on a novel treatment for fibromyalgia.
He is the founder and former Clinical Director of the Twin Cities Relationship Center, as well as the founder and current Director of the Berntson Academy for Relationship Coaching. He has authored numerous books on health and wellness including emotional health, weight loss, exercise, cold laser therapy, whiplash biomechanics, and others.
Dr. Todd has presented workshops throughout the United States and has appeared in the Washington Post, Boston Globe, MPR, and professional journals. He has extensive experience working with couples in both traditional and consensually non-monogamous relationships.
